Panasonic Australia Pty, Limited was the first Australian company, in it's industry, to implement an e-business solution, in Australia.

In 1989 Viewdata terminals were supplied to our Authorized Service Centres to allow them direct electronic access to view and order spare parts.

This was replaced in November, 1995 by an in house developed product called "Panagate".

Today Authorized Service Centres access Panasonic via sercured systems and interface to Panasonic Australia's support systems.

e-Pan

Panasonic's retail trade portal e-pan can be accessed for all transactional requirements - visit www.e-pan.com.au to logon on.
