Panasonic Australia Pty, Limited was the first Australian company, in it's industry, to implement an e-business solution, in Australia.

In 1989 Viewdata terminals were supplied to our Authorized Service Centres to allow them direct electronic access to view and order spare parts.

This was replaced in November, 1995 by an in house developed product called "Panagate".

Panagate allows the Authorized Service Centre a computer interface directly into the Panasonic Australia systems. It is still widely considered the best system presently available. Allowing both online and offline viewing of information, while also interfacing with the ASC's exiting computer systems.

Panagate has now been supplimented with PanaWEB which allow on line ordering and uploads of order over the Internet.
