Managing your production
Make a timeline for your project, working backwards from the deadline date of 1st September
Allow lots of time for your pre-production, shooting and editing --- about a month for each is the best
Make sure you do a shoot schedule so you don't waste time going back to a location to shoot a scene you forgot
Please remember that this year's videos must be submitted in 16:9 format
