It is with great pleasure we inform you that Sterling IT has been appointed the Panasonic Toughbook Authorized Service Centre for Australia effective 1st August 2007.
We recognize that despite the extremely low failure rates experienced by users of Panasonic Toughbooks, an efficient and speedy repair process is critical when repairs are required.
Sterling IT has had many years of experience with Panasonic Toughbooks. During June 2007 our service engineers completed training on the latest Panasonic Toughbooks. This training was conducted by representatives from the Toughbook factory in Japan. Our trained & dedicated staff is committed to providing you with prompt and efficient service.
Sterling IT has committed to significantly improve the speed and efficiency of service for Panasonic Toughbook repairs. We are committed to a turn around time of 2 working days under normal circumstances, and will be holding substantial quantities of spare parts to ensure we meet this commitment. In addition we are in the process of appointing authorized service agents in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. Further details will be provided about these partners in the near future.
